It depends on the shape. A Strategy Session is one 90-minute session plus a follow-up memo. A Strategy Sprint takes about four weeks, and a Strategic Engagement takes eight to twelve weeks depending on the size and complexity of your organization. The longer engagements include discovery, stakeholder interviews, competitive analysis, roadmap development, and a final strategic presentation. We also offer ongoing advisory retainers for organizations that want strategic support as they implement.

If you are spending over $500K annually on operations or have more than 20 employees, a strategic approach to AI will yield better returns than ad-hoc tool adoption.
