Our Story
Born from the gap between AI potential and AI reality.
Signal & Form was founded after years of watching businesses struggle with the same problem: they knew AI could help, but they had no idea where to start. And even when they did start, they often treated technology, marketing, and operations as separate problems with separate solutions.
Working across digital marketing, SEO, and technology inside Vancouver agencies, our founder saw firsthand how the right AI tools could transform a business. Saving hours every week, connecting disparate systems, and unlocking insights that were hiding in plain sight. But we also saw the other side: businesses paying for tools that gathered dust, teams overwhelmed by options, and consultants who delivered slide decks instead of solutions.
That experience shaped how we work today. We do not offer AI consulting, SEO, and web development as separate services that happen to sit under one roof. Signal & Form is run by its founder, an SEO and AI consultant with more than a decade in Vancouver marketing agencies leading search strategy and, more recently, AI adoption inside working teams. The work is done by the founder, not handed to a junior, and a small bench of trusted specialists is brought in under his direction when a project needs more hands.
Most AI consultants come from pure tech. Our founder has spent his career inside marketing teams and agencies, managing budgets, coordinating people, and shipping work under real deadlines. It means the systems built here are designed for how a business actually runs, not how a demo runs.
