Move 01 · AI Consulting

AI consulting that gets actually used.

AI consulting in Vancouver and across Canada. Most AI projects ship a dashboard nobody opens. We build systems your team will use on Monday morning, and train them so it sticks. Strategy, automation, workshops, and roadmaps grounded in your specific workflows. CDAP and BCETG grant eligible.

How we work

Three pillars. One ladder.

Every engagement starts with discovery, even short ones. Workshops shape thinking. Builds put it in your hands. We rarely skip steps, but we tailor the depth.

i
01 Discovery

Assess & map.

Half a day to a few weeks of looking at your workflows, tools, and team. The output is a written plan: where AI helps, where it does not, and the smallest first move with the biggest leverage.

ii
02 Workshops

Train the team.

Half-day or full-day hands-on sessions that turn your team from AI-curious to AI-capable. Real tools, real prompts, real workflows from your business. They leave with playbooks they will use that week.

iii
03 Builds

Ship the system.

The thing that earns us back. Real automation, integrated into your existing tools, owned by your team. Not a demo. Not a proof of concept that lives on a laptop. Something running on Monday.

Quick wins

Two-week builds. $2.5K to $6K.

Tactical work we routinely ship in two to three weeks for SMBs and operators in Vancouver and across Canada. Stack-agnostic — we work with whichever AI model and automation platform fits the job: ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini for the model layer; Make.com, n8n, or Zapier for the wiring.

Custom GPT or Claude Project

Trained on your documents and tone. Drafts proposals, answers staff questions, summarizes meetings — built around your voice and your stack.

$2.5K – $5KChatGPT · Claude · Gemini

CRM automation

AI layer over your sales pipeline. Auto-summarize calls, draft follow-ups, score leads, populate fields. Plugs into the CRM you already use.

$3K – $6KHubSpot · Salesforce · Pipedrive · Close

Marketing automation

AI-powered content workflows, campaign briefs, ad copy generation, and A/B-test analysis — wired into the platforms you already pay for.

$3K – $6KMake.com · n8n · Zapier · Klaviyo

Email triage & response

AI-drafted replies for common inbound, auto-tagged inbox, and escalation rules for the 10% that need human eyes. Scales support without scaling team.

$2.5K – $4KGmail · Outlook · Front · HubSpot

Reporting dashboards

Pull from Stripe, GA4, your CRM, and your billing system. Weekly AI-summarized digest delivered Monday morning. Decisions move faster.

$3K – $6KStripe · GA4 · Notion · Slack

Slack or Notion AI assistant

Team-facing AI that knows your docs and conventions. Onboarding answers, policy lookups, project summaries — without your team learning prompts.

$3K – $5KSlack · Notion · ChatGPT · Claude
A typical engagement

From shadow to shipped.

A standard mid-size build. Smaller engagements compress this. Larger ones extend the build phase, not the framing.

Week 0

Free call

30 minutes. We learn your business and tell you straight whether AI is the right next move.

1
Week 1

Shadow & map

We sit beside the actual work. Workflow audit, tool inventory, stakeholder interviews. The map of where AI fits and where it does not.

2
Week 2

Pick the leverage

Written plan and scope. The smallest move with the biggest leverage, named. We point at exactly one thing to ship first.

3
Weeks 3–5

Ship in production

Built into your real stack — not a sandbox. Shipped, tested, in your hands. Iteration based on use, not opinion.

6
Week 6+

Train & hand off

Playbooks, recordings, and a workshop so your team owns it. Optional retainer for ongoing tuning and the next build.

Operations / SMB

Operations team stitching reports by hand

BeforeThree tools, weekly export-to-CSV-then-stitch ritual. One person, half a day every Friday.

Why Canadian teams choose us

We do not just know AI.

i

Build, not just advise

Most consultants deliver decks. We deliver working systems, trained teams, and measurable results.

ii

Tailored, not templated

Every engagement starts with your specific workflows, your tools, your pain points. Nothing off the shelf.

iii

Senior on every call

You work with the operator the whole way through. No junior account managers, no handoffs.

iv

Honest about limits

If AI is not the right tool for your problem, we tell you. Some bottlenecks are fixed by hiring, not automating.

Common questions

Things teams actually ask.

Three things. First, you work with a senior operator, not a sales lead and a junior team. Second, we build with your stack, not on top of it, so you do not end up locked into proprietary tools. Third, we leave you trained and self-sufficient. Most agencies are incentivized to keep you dependent. We are not.

That is exactly what the AI Assessment is for. A short, focused engagement where we audit your workflows and hand you a written plan. Many clients start there and only commit to a build after they see the map. If you have already identified the problem, we can scope a build directly from the first call.

Yes. Most of our work is Canada-based and grant-eligible, but we take on US and international clients regularly. Note that the grant funding programs we mention are Canadian-only.

We are stack-agnostic and pragmatic. Common foundations: OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google models. Common automation: Zapier, n8n, Make, plus custom code where it earns its place. We integrate with whatever you already use, including Notion, HubSpot, Slack, Shopify, Airtable, and custom databases. Our principle: use the boring, reliable thing first. Custom code is a last resort, not a default.

Seriously. We use enterprise-tier API access (no training on your data), build with your data residency requirements, and never store client data on our systems beyond the active engagement. For sensitive industries (legal, healthcare), we can structure the engagement to keep all data inside your environment. NDAs are standard. Custom DPAs available on request.

The Canadian Digital Adoption Program (CDAP) and BC Employer Training Grant (BCETG) can cover 50 to 80 percent of fees on qualifying engagements, up to roughly $15,000. We help identify the right program and structure the engagement to meet eligibility. We do not write the application, but we point you at the resources and structure scope to fit. Grants take 4 to 8 weeks to approve. If you are in a hurry, start the application before the kickoff call.

We work in milestones. If after the discovery phase we do not see a clear path to value, we tell you and refund the build deposit. We would rather lose the project than ship something that wastes your time. This has happened, twice. Both times the client came back later with a better-scoped problem.

Yes — all three. We are stack-agnostic on the model layer and pick whichever fits the use case. ChatGPT and Claude are our most common defaults for business automation; Gemini comes up when the work touches Google Workspace or YouTube data. Custom GPTs, Claude Projects, and OpenAI assistants all on the table. We will recommend the right model on the first call.

Yes — HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Close, and most of the Canadian SMB CRMs are well-supported. Common builds: AI-summarized call notes pushed into the deal record, draft follow-up emails written into the activity feed, lead scoring against your ICP, and auto-populated custom fields. Two to three weeks, $3K to $6K range.

All three, plus a few others. Make.com is our default for customer-facing workflows that need branching logic. n8n is the right call when the client wants self-hosted automation or has a strong dev team. Zapier shines when the team needs to own and edit the workflow themselves long after we hand off. We pick the right tool for the build, not based on what we already know.

A $2,500 AI Readiness Assessment, or a $2,500 to $5,000 quick-win build. We do not have a minimum retainer — single-shot tactical work is welcome. Most quick wins ship in two to three weeks: custom GPTs, CRM automation, email triage, reporting dashboards. Bigger programs scale up from there but the entry point stays accessible.

Two to three weeks for a quick-win build (ChatGPT integration, CRM automation, email triage, reporting digest). Four to eight weeks for larger automation builds with multiple integrations. The first week is always discovery — we never skip it — but for tactical work the build phase moves fast because the scope is tight on purpose.
