For most teams of 2 to 150 people, Claude Team is the starting point: it adds central billing and administration, single sign-on, admin controls for connectors, and Claude Code, and model training on your content is off by default. Larger organizations that need role-based access, SCIM, audit logs, or custom data retention usually look at Claude Enterprise. We help you pick based on headcount, data sensitivity, and how your team will actually use it.

Claude Team is self-serve for 2 to 150 seats, with a flat price per seat that includes usage. Claude Enterprise charges a seat fee plus usage billed at API rates, starts at 20 seats self-serve or 50 through sales, and adds SCIM, audit logs, a Compliance API, custom data retention, and role-based access. As of October 10, 2026, Anthropic lists Claude Team standard seats at US$20 per person per month billed annually or US$25 monthly, and premium seats at US$100 or US$125. Claude Enterprise is US$20 per seat per month billed annually, plus usage at API rates. Prices exclude tax. No. We are tool-agnostic and use whatever fits the job, including ChatGPT, Gemini, and open models. We do a lot of our own work in Claude, so we know it well, but the recommendation always starts with your workflows, not a vendor.

Yes. Typical builds include internal assistants grounded in your documents, automations that read, classify, and draft, and connectors that let Claude work with the tools your team already uses. Every build starts with a scoped plan and a clear way to measure whether it is working.

On Claude Team and Enterprise, model training on your content is off by default, and Enterprise adds controls such as audit logs and custom data retention. Safe use still depends on your own policies: what data goes in, who has access, and how outputs are reviewed.
