Three pillars

Brand. Site. Launch.

Most Canadian ventures need all three. Some come with brand done and need site plus GTM. A few have a website that just needs to be replaced. We scope the engagement to start where you actually are.

i
01 Brand & Identity

Name it. Mark it.

Brand strategy, naming, identity systems, and visual language. We build brands that read as serious from day one, whether you are a founder pre-launch or an established business rebranding for the next chapter.

ii
02 Website

Ship a real site.

Modern websites built on Next.js, Webflow, or Shopify. SEO-optimized, AI-search ready, and fast on mobile. Not a template, not a brochure, not a pile of placeholder copy. Something Vancouver and Canadian customers actually take seriously.

iii
03 GTM & Funding

Launch with a plan.

Go-to-market strategy, positioning, ICP work, channel selection, and the funding map. Canadian grants and programs that can underwrite the first year. We help you get launched, not just designed.

A typical launch

From idea to live.

A standard full launch. À la carte engagements compress this. Rebrands often skip naming and start at week three.

Week 0

Free call

30 minutes. We learn the venture, look at what exists, and tell you straight what to build first.

1
Weeks 1–2

Name & position

Naming sprint, positioning, ICP, and the brand brief. The story has to land before the visual makes any sense.

3
Weeks 3–5

Identity sprint

Brand identity system: wordmark, marks, type, colour, tone, guidelines. The toolkit your future hires inherit.

6
Weeks 6–10

Ship the site

Marketing site live on Next.js, Webflow, or Shopify. SEO and GEO foundation baked in from day one. GTM plan written.

11
Week 11+

Go live & flag funding

Public launch, first campaigns running. We flag the Canadian funding programs (NRC IRAP, SR&ED, BCETG) that might fit your scope so you can decide whether to apply — final eligibility is determined by the program itself. We hand off the keys, not just the deliverables.

Typical engagements

Before and after.

A few representative engagements across Vancouver and Canadian launches. Names anonymized, outcomes honest.

Pre-launch / Vancouver SaaS

Vancouver SaaS founder pre-launch

BeforeIdea, deck, no brand, no site, no name they were happy with. Sitting on the launch for six months because nothing felt finished.
AfterNaming sprint, brand identity, Next.js marketing site, GTM plan. Live in about ten weeks.
Live in ten weeks.
Rebrand / Canadian SMB

Canadian SMB outgrowing its first brand

BeforeSuccessful service business, original brand built on Fiverr in 2018. Looked like a side project. Losing on bigger RFPs.
AfterFull rebrand, new identity, professional website with case studies. Ready to compete on the bigger RFPs.
A brand that can compete on RFPs.
Funded launch / Tech

Tech founder navigating Canadian grants

BeforeStrong technical product, weak commercial story. Did not know which Canadian grants to apply for, or how to scope the work to qualify.
AfterFunding & grant strategy package: identified NRC IRAP and SR&ED eligibility, scoped the engagement to fit, and mapped what to apply for.
A funding map instead of guesswork.

Why Canadian founders choose us

Launches that actually launch.

i

Brand and operator under one roof

Most agencies are designers. Most consultancies cannot build. We do both, which means the brand and the GTM agree on day one.

ii

SEO and AI-search native

Every site we ship is built for Google and for ChatGPT. Most launch agencies bolt SEO on after. We bake it into the architecture.

iii

Canadian funding fluency

NRC IRAP, SR&ED, BCETG, regional accelerators. We know which may apply to which engagements and flag them early. You or your accountant file.

iv

Honest about what to skip

Pre-launch founders waste a year on logos. We tell you what the first hire actually needs and what can wait six months.

Common questions

Things founders actually ask.

Every website includes custom design, mobile responsiveness, SEO fundamentals (metadata, site structure, page speed), contact forms, and basic analytics setup. Depending on your package, we also include Google Business Profile setup, social profile creation, and AI tool integrations.

Yes. If you already have a logo you like, we can build the rest of the brand system around it: color palette, typography, brand guidelines, and visual direction. We can also refine or modernize your existing logo if it needs a refresh.

Depends on scope. A focused brand or website lane runs 4–6 weeks. A full launch package — name, brand, site, and go-to-market — runs 12–16 weeks. Larger programs run longer. We commit to a defensible band on the first call.

Every launch package includes 30 days of post-launch support to catch any issues and make adjustments. After that, many clients move to a monthly SEO or AI consulting retainer. But there is no obligation to continue if you are happy managing things on your own.

We build on modern platforms like Next.js, WordPress, and Webflow depending on your needs and budget. We will recommend the best fit based on your technical comfort level, scalability needs, and whether you want to manage content yourself.

Pre-launch? Re-launch? Same call.

Free 30-minute call. Bring the deck, the half-built site, the name you cannot decide on. We will tell you what to ship in nine weeks, and which Canadian grants might cover a chunk of it.
