Our Own Site: Consulting Firm Digital Launch, 100+ Pages in Two Weeks

The firm was brand new with no online presence, no brand identity, and no content. They needed to launch fast and compete with established firms that had years of search visibility and brand recognition. The site had to be technically strong from day one: fast, SEO-optimized, and structured for both traditional search and AI-powered discovery.

This case study covers our own website build, not a client engagement. It was a full-scope digital launch for a consulting firm entering the Canadian market with zero online presence. The goal was to go from nothing to a fully operational, search-optimized website in the shortest time possible without cutting corners on quality or technical foundation.
We built the entire site using Next.js with static generation, producing over 100 pages including service pages, industry verticals, location-based landing pages, blog content, and supporting pages like privacy, terms, and careers. Every page was built with AI-assisted development, from initial scaffolding and component design through to content generation and optimization. The brand identity was created from scratch: logo, color palette, typography system, and a cohesive design language that carried through every page.
On the SEO side, we wrote and published over 40 blog posts within the first three weeks, targeting different stages of the buyer journey. Every page received structured data markup including ProfessionalService, Service, FAQPage, and BlogPosting schemas. We set up a complete technical SEO foundation with XML sitemaps, IndexNow integration for rapid indexing, RSS feed generation, canonical URLs, and Open Graph images for social sharing. Analytics were wired up with Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity for heatmapping and session recording. A contact form with proper email routing completed the launch package.
